When should we complete a reserve study?
The best timing for completing a Reserve Study is a few months before the pro forma budget is set.
However, because a comprehensive Reserve Study takes into account all planned expenses and income for the balance of the current financial year, it can be undertaken at any time of the year, and will be extremely useful at any stage in the financial year.
